Welcome to Sarasota's premier networking event, Marketing on Main (MonM)! On the last Wednesday in October Sarasota professionals, and locals will join together for a Sarasota's time located right here in our home of Sarasota! This event is open to the public and all professional, locals, and business owners are encouraged to set up a hands-on showcase allowing guests to experience, purchase, and enter raffles. Ticket Information: Level 9: Courtyard | Business Showcase (Limited to 22 )- The Courtyard is where all the action will happen ( Live demonstrations, a stage with a host) This ticket includes a 6×4 foot space set up in the COURTYARD at Aloft! You are encouraged to create an interactive way to show off your products or services. YOU are the stars of the show at MONM! Showcase (Limited to 14) – The EXchange area is located past the Courtyard and ideal for businesses that require more education. Your 6×4 foot space will be located at the entry of the BALLROOM! Your 6 x 4-foot space is an affordable way to connect with professionals create an interactive way to showcase your product or service! The outdoor lounge is located right outside the EXchange room and VIP Speakeasy. Your showcase this month includes a standard 6-foot table and table cloth. Then you will want to be apart of the creatives meet & greet co-hosted by Dana Marie. Dana is a 50 plus model, marathon runner, mother of six, and now a business owner in Sarasota ready to make a difference. She is bringing together the creatives in Sarasota build their business by connecting with the business community at Marketing on Main. Call Dana 941-786-8731 Level 3: Guest | Halloween Costume Contest – The creepy, the creative, the cosplay. All who enter MonM Village should be tempted to enter the MonM costume contest. Entry into the MonM costume contest is a simple ticket level for all revelers. Costumes will be judged throughout the entire night with the final rounds starting at 7:00-8:00 PM. Prizes offered include: One Grand Prize of combine $666.00 Value ($500 cash & a $166 gift card to use at MonM at the January 2020 event.) One Second Place Prize of combine $300 Value (TBD CASH & GIFT CARD) One Third Place Prize a of combine $69.19 Value ( TBD CASH & GIFT CARD) Three Less-Honorable Mentions will receive $13 gift card to Marketing on Main. One like = one vote. Top 3-5 contestants per category will move to the finist round. Voting starts at 5:00 PM and finishs at 6:00 PM sharpe. FINALIST SELECTION: 6:30 – 7:00 PM | NOTIFING THE FINALISTS Contacted finalists MUST ARRIVE AT THE STAGE in the backyard prior to 7:00 PM for check-in, or they will risk losing their position to the next available entrant 3 to 5 finalists per category: Most Unique or Most Creative , Best duo or best couple, Best Group, Scariest, & Spiciest. LIVE JUDGING: 7:30 – 8:30 | Selecting the Halloween Affair Finalists will be judged by a group of 3 independent judges & 3-5 guests judges selected from the crowd & in 5 categories: Creativity and Originality Best duo or best couple Best Group Scariest Spiciest Each category is worth a total of 5 points. Finalists can earn a total of 10 points. Total points will be calculated and top contestants will be awarded prizes on stage. Level 2: Guest | Custume Dog Parade Entry – Check-in at 5:00 to walk in our dog parade happening at 5:15 PM. You and your favorite pooch will get to show off your costume and kick off Sarasota Priemere Networking event, Marketing on Main. Full Parade will last 15 minutes and start in the WXYZ Lounge and move through the entire venue and finish around the block. All entries will have access to Marketing on Main from 5:00 to 8:30 PM. 2. Showcase ticket – set up a hands-on vendor showcase at the Sarasota. Starting at $70.00 & give you a 6-foot by 4-foot space to transform. You are encouraged to create a hands-on experience of your product and/or service. You will be apart of the MonM team and it is requested you invite a minimum of ten guests using the event page. The hands-on business showcases allow guests to meet the business owners/staff first hand, and touch, see and experience their products and services first-hand. Some business showcases will have raffles, activities, and even promotions to try their products or services at a discount! 2. Speed Networking – Each month MonM has the option for guests to participate in speed networking. An activity that allows you to make up to 30 new connection in 30 minutes! 3. Community Support – Each month a portion of ticket sales goes directly to a non-profit or cause that directly helps the Sarasota Community. 4. Entertainment – Through out the evening enjoy live entertainment from a range of entertainers and business owners. FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? There not a minimum age requirement to enter the event. The MonM family request those that attend make a positive difference. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes, it is okay if the ticket name does not match the person who attends. What can I bring into the event? You may bring anything that will help you connect, collaborate, or create a positive difference in another's life. Business cards, flyers for upcoming events are encouraged, but not required.
