STAY OF EXECUTION THIS EVENT DOES NOT TAKE PLACE On November 7, 2019 6 PM an execution for James Milton Dailey is scheduled to take place at Florida State Prison in Starke. We, the members of TCADP oppose the use of the death penalty as form of punishment. We believe that in a civilized society the death penalty has no purpose.
If there is no stay of execution TCADP will hold a Vigil in front of the Governor's Mansion at 6 pm on Thursday, November 7. 2019.
