2020 Polk Cattlemen’s & UF/IFAS Trade Show and Ranch Rodeo Supporter Opportunities

General Admission tickets for the trade show and rodeo may be purchased at the gate on the day of the event. Saturday, February 22nd, is the date for this year’s Polk County Cattlemen’s Association Trade Show and Ranch Rodeo again co-sponsored by UF/IFAS Extension Polk County. Together we would like to extend to you an invitation to exhibit and/or support the event. This will be the fifteenth year for our trade show and the thirteenth for our Ranch Rodeo, both of which have been a success and drawn a great crowd. The event will be held at the Bartow Horse Arena at the Polk County Agri-Civic Center at 1702 Highway 17 South in Bartow. The Trade Show will be held in the arena adjacent to the rodeo arena under a 40’x100’ tent. Admission to the Trade Show and Ranch Rodeo will be free of charge for the more than 300 Polk County Cattlemen’s Association members, their households, trade show exhibitors and children ages 8 and under. All others will be charged a $10 admission fee (veterans will receive a discounted admission rate at $8). The Trade Show will begin at 9am followed by the Ranch Rodeo starting at 1pm. Again this year we will distribute a trade show and rodeo program to guests at admission. Designed to inform the audience of the day’s activities and the contributions of our supporters, this program booklet will offer more opportunities for you to reach your clientele. You will note that most of our support levels include advertising space in the program, or you may choose to advertise in the program alone. We hope that you will find a support level that will best meet your needs. Move in times Saturday, February 22nd from 7:00am until 8:30am *Friday move-in available with advance notice only Break down begins at 12:45pm (special arrangements can be made) *Note: PCCA/UF/IFAS Extension/Polk BOCC are not responsible for items lost or stolen. To secure your support level, please purchase your ticket no later than Friday, February 1st.
