Whip into shape with a twerk and tease heels class. Learn sexy choreography that helps you own your sensuality, work up a sweat, and learn technique that will level you up! The more you come the more you will progress. You will gain a sense of body confidence, sexiness and strength. Open to the shy, the bold, and the goofy. Heels are not required. Attire: Attire:Sexy alter ego is encouraged or comfy workout clothes. High socks or heels that you can groove in.
