It focuses on women’s fashion design.This course covers Pattern Development & Garment Construction.Pattern DevelopmentEach student will learn the basics of pattern development.Final Assignment: Design an outfit (top and bottom or dress), Develop a pattern for this outfit.Basic ConstructionStudents will use their pattern that they have made to construct their garment for their final assignment.Muslin is provided, but students are responsible for choosing and purchasing the fabric and notions for their final garment.
