Our moving meditation trail run allows you to disconnect from the worries of everyday life while leading an active lifestyle in the outdoors. This activity is perfect for anyone capable of running at least one mile. And don’t worry, this is not a race! Decompress before the holidays on this one-mile run and cool down hike. Everyone is welcome.
