On Thursday, Nov. 28, Azurea at One Ocean Resort & Spa will offer a modern twist on a traditional Thanksgiving meal. The menu offers diners the opportunity to experience a traditional Thanksgiving dinner including Citrus Brined Young Turkey, Roasted Acorn Squash, Chestnut Sage Bread Pudding, Rosemary Giblet Gravy and Cranberry-Apricot Chutney. For guests seeking a less-traditional offering, brunch and dinner menus feature tasty options ranging from Pan Seared Florida Crab Cake and Faroe Islands Salmon to Colorado Lamb Loin and Open-Faced Butternut Squash.
