FORT LAUDERDALES' FAVORITE AFFORDABLE BEACH YOGA & FITNESS ~ OPEN TO EVERYONE – please read all details – ☼ WHAT: 60+ minute Hatha Yoga flow class which consists of postures, breathing and meditation. Teacher will demo and give clear directions with posture modifications for all levels to enjoy. ☼ TEACHER: Lisa Pumper, founder & director or team. Class is open to ALL LEVELS and NEWBIES to Yoga. This is a casual and inviting environment where every color, shape and size is welcome! ☼ PAY & BRING: $10 cash per person (we offer $5 minimum donation for financial hardship/UNemployeed locals) – A mat and/or large towel(s), sunglasses, sunblock & water. ☼ TIME: 9:00am / arrive 10 minutes before class begins *(please note some classes change times seasonally) ☼ LOCATION: ON SAND! 870 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. FORT LAUDERDALE BEACH A1A one BLOCK “SOUTH” of Sunrise Blvd at the NE 9th St beach entrance & near *Lifeguard Stand #13* Look for teacher with Yoga mat. (This is also across the street from McSorley’s pub. You can use McSorley’s address to find us as well: 837 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd) *note some classes & special events might be at other locations* ☼ PARKING: Plenty metered parking across the street on NE 9th street beach neighborhood with all the shops.
