Jumpstart your New Year with the MindBody Expo Family Fitness Event! This event will provide you with fun and dynamic fitness activities that will make working out more exciting than ever! Our fitness specialists will host a variety of engaging demonstrations for the whole family to enjoy. All ages are welcome! Healthy bites and beverages will be provided. Donations are greatly appreciated! All donations will go toward providing our attendees with the best experience. We also donate 5% of the proceeds to Eat Better Live Better, non-profit.
