Now is the chance to take in that experience once again with Travursity Travel Showcase and Fun Spot America with our 2019 event “Orlando…Outside the Gates”! Join us for an evening of travel partner presentations with Celtic Tours, MSC Cruises, Israel Ministry of Tourism, Kensington Tours and Goway Travel* where education and fun seamlessly are wrapped up together. Event is for registered travel agents only and includes admission & free parking, unlimited park rides between 3pm & midnight, arcade card, dinner & more! When: November 6, 2019 Where: Fun Spot America Orlando Location – 5700 Fun Spot Way, Orlando, FL 32819 Time: Event starts at 5:00PM and runs till approximately 9:00PM What: This special Travursity Agent Experience is a travel agent only event and includes the following for all registered agents: Presentation by Host & Fun Spot America Dinner & unlimited soft drinks Included (at event) Networking Session with Travel Partners Travel Partner Product Presentations One free ride armband and arcade card Two complimentary adult beverages** (**cash Bar for additional adult beverages available) Parking and Admission for Fun Spot America is Free for registered attendees and guests Come early and bring your friends & family. Armbands will be available to all registered travel agents only, from 3PM and can be used until park closes at midnight. Important – This is an industry event and is intended for active & producing travel agents. All registrations will be verified, and non-valid registrations may be cancelled without refund. Only registered agents will be allowed to participate in the Travursity events and receive the above benefits. No guest or family members will be able to enter, wait or visit any venue where Travursity events are occurring, either prior, during or after. No Exceptions! Armbands and Drink Tickets are complimentary only for the use by the registered travel agent. They may not be transferred or used by any other persons. Violators will forfeit the use of the armbands and may be dismissed from any Travursity event or park activities. EVENT LINEUP* This experience consists of multiple events. Anyone that registers and/or attends and is not able to verify their industry credentials will be turned away without exception. Travursity, LLC Event and Registration Policy IMPORTANT FAQ's Who is able to register for a showcase? These events are only for verified travel agents only. No suppliers or vendors (such as tour operators) may register as an agent out of respect for the participating supplier and vendors that are present. Are there any fees to register? Yes. All showcases include a nominal registration fee to ensure attendnace and mange accommodations. Why is there a registration fee? Although we try to keep these fees affordable, we believe these fees are essential, by greatly reducing duplicate registrations and agent No-Shows that regrettably wastes food, space and resources while preventing other agents the opportunity to participate. Can I register for another agent? Yes. But only for a maximum of 2 travel agents per registration; and each agent name and credentials must be submitted. Duplicated names will be cancelled, and registered space will be lost. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Yes. Must be over 21 and a verified or hosted travel agent with a IATA/CLIA/TRUE/ARC code to attend. What suppliers will be participating at the event? Every location may have different suppliers participating and may change at any time. Travursity is not a tradeshow but a showcase of select suppliers & vendors. What are my transportation/parking options for the event? Self-parking is generally available at multiple locations near the event venue. Valet, lot or venue fees are at the registrant’s discretion and expense. Travursity, LLC assumes no responsibility nor liability for any personal injuries and/or any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents. Is my registration/ticket transferrable? No. Each ticket is for registered travel agent only. Is my registration/ticket refundable? Yes. Your ticket is eligible for full refund up to 15 days prior to the event date by contacting info@travursity.com in writing and providing complete names, event and date, reason for cancelation as well as order number. Travursity, LLC is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail and all refunds will be processed back to the card used, pursuant to Eventbrite refund policies. Can I update my registration information? Email request to info@travursity.com Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You should bring your ticket to expedite your check-in. Only pre-registered guests will be allowed to attend and participate. All Showcases are capacity controlled and additional walk up registrations may be unavailable at time of event.
