Carnival charges a Deposit amount for name changes/guest change. * A service processing fee will be assessed by eventbrite and applied to all deposits. This fee must be paid in addition to your deposit and does not come off your balance. *Monthly payments are due by the by the end of each month by 10:00pm EST.
