Come dressed in your Christmas best PJ's and bring your beloved lovey for this special yoga nidra class taught by Myra Rubinstein. Get into the Christmas Spirit with a joyful guided meditation followed by hot cocoa and cuddles. This is an experience to cherish!What you can expect: We'll begin with some gentle, family-friendly yoga and games to help us relax and connect with each other followed by a wonderful journey into the spirit of the holidays with a magical guided meditation under twinkle lights. When you 'wake', you'll be treated to hot cocoa, cookies, and a cute keepsake snapshot of your festive PJ-clad family. Smiles and delight abound.
