You are your own best defense. Join us for one of our S.A.F.E. Women classes as we introduce a few basic self-defense moves that every woman, no matter her age, should know. The goal of S.A.F.E. is to educate women about realistic options that will help them avoid…escape…and survive assualts if they do occur. S.A.F.E. is an unparalleled educational awareness and interactive crime prevention program providing women with information that may reduce their risk of exposure to violence and introduces them to the physical aspects of self-defense. "90% of self-defense is awareness, risk reduction and avoiding confrontation…only 10% is physical." Terri Harris, NSDI FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
