We will start at 6 pm with a 30-minute cocktail reception. WGV's Tony Porcellini will discuss wine and food pairings throughout the four-course dinner service. Chef Chris will describe the courses as they are being served. We will also bring in someone to speak about featured wines. Each month is a new wine list!
