Apple cider spiced pork loin, rosemary and cracked pepper crusted prime rib, carved turkey and sausage and sage stuffing are just some of the delectable dishes on the display. Borrowing from the hotel’s other dining options, guests also will enjoy paella Valencia, sushi and dim sum, and Yakisoba noodle stir fry. The lavish sweets station includes favorite holiday pies, mini pastries, as well as triple chocolate Bundt cake with fresh raspberries, and a miniature cupcake tower.
