Join Chef Warren Caterson on Tuesday, Nov. 5th at 2:00 pm at the North Indian River County Library as he presents Floridian Cuisine. He will share dozens of kitchen tips and quick and healthy meals using local ingredients. Learn how to create delicious meals using a variety of seafood, poultry and meat with locally grown fruits and vegetables. Chef Warren will end the presentation with a cooking demonstration, preparing a healthy entrée that anyone can replicate in their own home in less than 15 minutes. Everyone gets a sample!
This event is sponsored by the Friends of the North IRC Library. Admission is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
