The tours are offered year-round on the first, second, third and fourth Saturdays.  Plus, private group tours are offered. The tours travel by bus and foot to family-owned eateries that may include bakeries, juice bars, tea shops, markets, delis, cafes  plus local art shops and emerging cultural districts. Taste History includes food sampling and learning about food culture, food history and foodways.  Some cuisines may be culturally-specific.
