Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa is pleased to present our annual Thanksgiving Day Holiday Buffet, November 28, 2019 from 12:30p.m. to 8:00p.m. Featuring seven different stations, this annual tradition includes a chef’s carving station with roasted holiday turkey, slow roasted ribeye of beef, country ham. Prepared entrees include Cornish hen, pork cutlet and Caribbean snapper filet. Additional buffet stations include the Seafood Market Bar with sushi assortment, crab claws, oysters on the half shell and chilled mussels; Ravioli Bar with chef-prepared lobster ravioli with fennel vermouth cream, pumpkin ravioli with tomato pesto and Wagyu beef ravioli with forest mushroom sauce. Antipasto and locally grown leaf salads, grilled vegetables and a spectacular Caesar salad presentation are also available. The favorite dessert station includes pumpkin pie bars, chocolate bourbon pecan tart, assorted pies, fruit crumbles, cakes and tarts as well as the chocolate fountain with treats and an apple spice crepe station.
