Music and partying will continue into the late hours near the Pool/Gulf view rooms. Likewise, if you want to party like it's 1999, request a Pool/Gulf View room! Book your room as soon as possible. This is a popular “resort-style” hotel, and some room types are limited. Airfare: Travelers are encouraged to book flights around the Southwest Airlines group travel reservations (Depart BWI on 3/5 @ 9:15 a.m.; Depart TPA on 3/8 @ 8:55 p.m.) Also see FAQs below. You do not have to fly on Southwest. Bus transfers from the Tampa airport will pick up at 12:30 p.m. on 3/5. Travelers will return to the airport around 7:00 p.m. on 3/8. While reservations under the Southwest Airlines (SWA) group rate are no longer available, you still have a few options to arrange your travel to Tampa in March 2020: Reserve your flight independently through SWA to Tampa International Airport (TPA). The confirmed group flight departs Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) at 9:15 a.m. on March 5, 2020. Note that a SWA flight also departs BWI at 7:10 a.m. and arrives a few hours before the bus transfer pick-up at TPA. The return flight departs from TPA at 8:55 p.m. on March 8, 2020. However, you will be provided with flight confirmations and boarding pass instructions at a later date. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Your event registration is not refundable or transferable. If you have booked Southwest airfare through group booking, the name(s) on your reservation can be changed up to 72 hours before travel.
