FAQ:Tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis.Is Registration to Holiday Matsuri 2019 Required to enter the event?All BRO Cafe ticket purchasers MUST be registered Holiday Matsuri attendees. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?8PM and 9PM Show: No, but children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older. 10:00pm Show: YES! ID is required!!! Only those 18 years of age or older will be permitted into the event. Anyone under 18 years of age will not be allowed in the BRO Cafe. Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Can I update my registration information? Yes, only through EventBrite, only up to December 5th. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?Yes! What is the refund policy?These BRO's work hard to put on this event. All sales are final. Refunds are not offered.
